Before you ask
Kaivro is free to start. A Pro subscription per household adds more capacity for the whole family. Prices and limits will be published when the app launches.
Kaivro launches in Romania first: Romanian receipts (bon fiscal), RON and the retail chains you shop at. The app itself is available in English and Romanian.
Only what you send it: the receipt photo you scan or the sentence you dictate. Your name, your email and your bank details are never sent to the AI provider, and your data is not used to train AI models.
Your data is stored in the European Union. Personal expenses can only be read by the member who created them. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app.
Yes. A house can have one member. Invite the family whenever you are ready.

AI transparency
Kaivro uses artificial intelligence to read receipt photos and voice entries and to suggest a category for each line. The AI can misread a line or a total. Every result is shown to you for review before it is saved, and you can always correct it or enter the expense manually. Receipts and voice entries are sent to the AI provider only for this purpose and are not used to train AI models.
