Kaivro is not in the stores yet. Email hello@doitdev.eu if you want early access and we will let you know when the first test builds for iOS and Android are ready.

Sign up with your email and a password, or sign in with Google or Apple. Email sign-ups need to confirm their address before continuing. You must be 16 or older to create an account.

Kaivro is free to start. A Pro subscription per household adds more capacity for the whole family. Exact limits and prices will be published when the app launches, and the app always tells you before you reach a limit.

A house is the shared ledger for one household: its members, its expenses and its settings such as currency. The person who creates the house is its first admin.

From the house screen, share an invitation code or link. Anyone with a Kaivro account can join with it. Codes expire, and an admin can revoke them at any time.

Admins invite, promote and remove members, manage house settings and can edit any common expense. Members add expenses, edit their own, and see the household report.

Yes. A house with one member works exactly the same. Invite people whenever you want.

Their common expenses stay in the house so the totals do not change, but their name is replaced with "Former member". Their personal expenses in that house are deleted.

Take a photo of the receipt or pick one from your gallery. The AI reads the store, the date, the total and each line, and suggests a category per line. Review the result, fix anything that was misread, and save.

Tap the microphone and say the expense, for example "50 lei on fuel". Speech is turned into text on your phone, then the AI picks out the amount, the store and a category. You review before saving.

Yes. Enter the amount, pick a category and save. Date, store, who paid and common or personal can be filled in or left at their defaults.

Common expenses belong to the household: every member can see them and they count in the household report. Personal expenses are yours alone: only you can see them and they stay out of the household totals. On a receipt you can mark individual lines as personal.

Every scan is shown for review before it is saved. Tap a line to correct the name, the amount or the category, and edit the total if needed. Low-confidence totals are flagged so you know to check them.

When another member has already added an expense with the same store, date and total, Kaivro warns you and tells you who added it. You decide whether to save anyway or discard.

Yes. You can add expenses offline. Receipt photos and voice entries wait in a queue and are processed when you are back online.

For a month or a custom period: spending by category, by member (who paid) and by store, with a comparison to the previous month on the home screen.

Yes, as a PDF or an image from the report screen.

One subscription covers the whole house. The member who buys it is the billing owner; every member benefits. Subscriptions are bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play.

Nothing is deleted. The house returns to the free limits.

Deletion is done from the app under Profile → Data & deletion, with a grace period during which you can undo it. Deleting your Kaivro account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. For a copy of your data, write to hello@doitdev.eu from the address on your account.

The expenses you add (including receipt photos and the text of voice entries), your account details, your house membership, and basic usage and crash data with your consent where required. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Only the receipt photo you scan or the sentence you dictate, and only when you use those features. Your name, email and payment details are not sent to the AI provider, and your data is not used to train AI models.

In the European Union. Personal expenses can only be read by the member who created them.

Say the amount and what it was for in one short sentence, in the language your phone is set to. Speech recognition quality varies by device; if it keeps failing, type the expense instead.

Lay the receipt flat, keep the whole receipt in the frame and avoid strong shadows or glare. Very long receipts scan better in good light. You can always enter the total manually.
