The Routine
Every morning, I would open ChatGPT and enter my measurements — weight, waist, body fat percentage, visceral fat. I'd tell it my goal: reduce body fat, improve my lifestyle.
Throughout the day, I'd describe what I ate, what workouts I did, how much I moved. The AI would give me feedback and suggestions. The next day, I'd repeat the process.
This went on for weeks. It was working, but it was messy.
The Realization
After weeks of this, I realized I needed something purpose-built. An app that could organize all this information in one place — not just store it, but understand it.
